Den-Kel Jerseys LLC is a dairy herd owned and operated by Kip and Katie Keller and their young family. Their farm in Byron, NY, is about an hour's drive east of Niagara Falls and halfway between the upstate cities of Rochester and Buffalo.

The Kellers raise Registered Jerseys, the dairy breed known for producing nutrient dense milk.

Den-Kel Jerseys is among the nation's leaders for milk production and genetic merit. Den-Kel ranks among the top 10 in the nation for all measures of production and ranks #67 for genetic merit (Jersey Performance Index).

One of the Keller's top producers, JX Den-Kel Medalist Jinger {4}-ET, made the Jersey breed's top 305-day milk record in the nation in 2019. As a six-year-old, she produced 36,130 lbs. milk, 2,122 lbs. fat and 1,232 lbs. protein.
